The SSW program in Japan provides placements for Hotel Service Staff in leading hotels and restaurants. Job roles include customer service, front desk management, banquet service, and housekeeping. The program ensures that graduates gain practical, on-the-job experience in a high-quality environment while benefiting from structured career progression.
German – A1 Basic User : Duration 8 weeks
French – A1 Basic User : Duration 8 weeks
Eligibility:
- Fresh Graduates: Hospitality Management diploma or degree holders who have completed internships or on-the-job training.
- Experienced Candidates: Prior experience in hotel or restaurant management.
- Willingness to learn Japanese full-time over a 10-month period and pass language and SSW skill exams.
- Age Group: 20 to 27 years.
- Gender: Open to both males and females.

FAQ’s : Israel – Care Giver
• Role: Home-Based Caregiver
• Location: Israel
Positions Available: 5,000 caregivers are needed.
• Age Limit: 25-45 years
• Gender: Primarily female (90%), with 10% male applicants accepted.
• Minimum Education: 10th Pass
• English Language: Proven intermediate-level English skills
• Experience and Certification: A caregiving certificate from a recognized authority in
India, covering at least 990 hours (including on-the-job training). Qualifications like GDA,
ANM, GNM, BSc Nursing, or similar are acceptable.
Gross Monthly Salary: 5,880.02 NIS, equivalent to approximately $1,573 USD or ₹131,818 INR.
• Medical Insurance: Covered by the employer (with a deduction of 159.45 NIS from the
caregiver’s salary).
• Accommodation: Covered by the employer, with a deduction of up to 629.5 NIS
depending on the location.
• Food: Provided at the workplace with a deduction (about 10% of gross salary) if food is
supplied, or up to 25% of monthly wages based on an agreement with the employer.
• Leave Benefits: 9 days for personal or religious holidays, 16 days of yearly vacation.
• MSSU-NSDC Registration and Processing Fee: $120 (approx. ₹10,001)
• Medical Examination Fee: $66 (approx. ₹5,550)
• Police Report Fee: $6 (approx. ₹500)
• Passport Issuance Fee: $24 (approx. ₹2,000)

• Joining Ticket: The candidate is responsible for the cost of the flight ticket to Israel.
Candidates who have not previously worked in Israel, do not have family residing there, and meet the physical and mental health requirements.
