The B. Des. in Transport & Mobility Design at RT-MSSU empowers students to become innovators in form, function, and mobility. Integrating foundational design thinking with emerging design tools and user-centric strategies, this program prepares students to shape the future of industrial and transport experiences. Built with NEP 2020 principles, the course maintains a strong balance of academic theory and skill-based learning through project weeks, real-world simulations, and industry exposure.
With a 60:40 skill-to-academics curriculum, students engage in sketching, mock-up creation, ergonomics, digital drawing, material exploration, and user research. They are mentored on real-life design challenges across consumer products, automotive design, and smart mobility solutions. Graduates can pursue careers as Product Designers, Transportation Designers, Design Researchers, and Concept Artists.
