German – A1 Basic User : Duration 8 weeks

Eligibility:
- Graduates of BSc Nursing or GNM with at least one year of experience.
- Proficiency in the German language (training provided up to B2 level).
- Age limit: Below 40 years.

FAQ’s : Germany – Nurses
The program offers placement for the role of Assistant Nurse in Germany, with the possibility of specialization in areas like Medical-Surgical Wards, Operating Rooms, ICUs, Neurology, Cardiology, and more.
Applicants must have a BSc in Nursing or a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
Candidates must be below 40 years of age and can be of any gender.
A B2 level of German language proficiency is required. MSSU-NSDCI provides free offline German language training up to this level.
The training is free, and the employer reimburses the B2 examination fee for the first successful attempt. The cost of document translation is also covered by the employer.
A refundable security deposit of INR 30,000 is required, which is refunded after deployment to Germany.
The gross monthly salary ranges between €2600 – €3400, with opportunities for overtime. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, and employees are entitled to 30 days of paid leave annually.
Nurses benefit from unemployment insurance, pension insurance, health insurance, and monthly child allowances of approximately €250 per child. Additionally, employees can enjoy free education and career advancement opportunities in Germany.
One-way air ticket to Germany, assistance in finding accommodation, and help with enrolling into the social system in Germany. However, food, accommodation, and transportation costs are not covered by the employer.
After passing the B2 exam, candidates receive job offers, submit visa applications, and complete a Recognition Course in Germany to ensure their qualifications meet German standards.
Applicants need to submit a Police Clearance Certificate, undergo a medical test, and provide other visa-related documents. The visa application process takes about 1 month after submission.

The language training takes between 10 to 12 months depending on the candidate’s
progress.
Candidates are required to pass internal assessments at each level before progressing to the next stage. Failure to pass these assessments could delay your placement or qualification.
After passing the B2 German language exam and completing the Recognition Course, candidates will attend an interview with a future employer in Germany. Upon selection, they receive an employment offer and are assisted in relocating to Germany to begin their careers as nurses.
Yes, once candidates become registered nurses in Germany, they can integrate their families and eventually apply for permanent residency (PR) and citizenship after 5 years of legal residency.
Working in Germany offers access to over 200 specialization courses in nursing, including opportunities to pursue a master’s degree or a Doctor of Medicine. The free education policy of Germany enables career advancement without additional costs.
The program offers meet and assist services upon arrival, as well as support in enrolling in the German social system.
After the initial 2-year contract, nurses have the option to renew their contract or pursue further career opportunities in Germany, with the potential to specialize or advance into senior roles.
