Celebrating a momentous day at Maharashtra State Skills University  with the successful ‘Guruvandana’ program. 

Grateful to Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha Sir for gracing us with his presence and to J B Joshi Sie for his insightful session on ‘Innovation.’ 

We honored our dedicated partners, recognized outstanding teachers, and celebrated the MSSU-AMRUT Entrepreneurship Scheme beneficiaries. Here’s to fostering excellence and innovation!

On September 5, 2024, at the World Trade Center – Mumbai we honored exceptional educators with the Best Teachers Awards:

1. Amar Saxena – A PhD fellow from IIM Ahmedabad, Amar’s resilience and dedication are truly inspiring. Despite a recent accident, he continued delivering online classes, exemplifying unwavering commitment.

2. Dr. Aditi Kale – With a PhD in Business Management and a Masters in Statistics, Dr. Kale has played a pivotal role since MSSU’s inception, leading the M.Tech Program and placing 55 students in top-tier companies for On-the-Job Training.

3. Dr. Bhupinderjit Kaur – Holding a PhD from the University of Mumbai, Dr. Kaur has been a cornerstone in Economics and Business education, ensuring excellent outcomes for students at both Post Graduate and Undergraduate levels during the university’s early stages.

we celebrated the remarkable achievements of those making a profound difference in education:

1) Ms. Vasudha Jadhav  & Mr. Pratik Narvekar : Recognized for their exceptional commitment to student counseling and recruitment, enhancing student journeys and opportunities.

2) Dr. Sunil Joshi : Acknowledged for his pivotal role in revolutionizing our IT and social media platforms, keeping our university at the cutting edge of digital excellence.

we celebrated our esteemed partners and their contributions to education and skill development:

1) Metropolis Healthcare : 131 students admitted across diverse programs including BSc (MLT), Certificate Diplomas, and Post Doctoral Certificates.

2) NSDC International Limited : Kaushal Mitra Program saw 30 students engaged in skill policy & leadership across 6 states and 10 districts, with on-the-job training in tribal and rural areas.

3) Sancheti Healthcare Academy  : Provided skill courses for 170 students in:

Home Health Aid, Geriatric Care Assistance, Lab Technician Radiographic Testing, Emergency Medical Technician

4) Zudio : Trained students now working in Tata-Trent Zudio stores in multiple locations, with upcoming batches in Thane and Nagpur.

5) McDonald’s : The first batch of 20 students trained for roles in McDonald’s stores.

6) BVG India Limited : 362 candidates trained and placed under the Sant Gadge Baba Swatch Bharat Academy.

7) Climatora : Offered a specialized course on Carbon Credits for all students.

8) Rubika : A global leader in digital creation, with campuses across 4 countries and top international rankings in animation and design.

9) World Trade Center – Mumbai : Launched joint courses with 150 candidates in programs like Global Logistics, Foreign Trade, and Forex & Risk Management.

9️⃣ Rabindra Pratap Ranabahadur Singh – Clairifier’s Airlinic: A revolutionary outdoor air purifier with patentable technology and multilayer filtration.

Congratulations to all these visionaries!

On this Teacher’s Day, we had the immense honor of hosting Padma Bhushan Prof. J B Joshi sir at Maharashtra State Skills University’s “Guruvandana” program. 

Prof. Joshi, currently the Chancellor of ICT University Mumbai, delivered an inspiring speech on “Wealth Generation for Maharashtra.”

With a career adorned with numerous accolades, including the prestigious Shantiswarup Bhatnagar Prize, Dr. Anji Reddy Innovation Award, and Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers Award, Prof. Joshi exemplifies excellence. He is a DAE-Homi Bhabha Chair Professor, a Fellow of multiple esteemed academies, including the Indian National Science Academy and The World Academy of Sciences, and a recipient of the INSA Medal for Young Scientists.

Above all, Prof. Joshi remains a teacher at heart, dedicated to nurturing minds and fostering innovation. His insights and wisdom continue to inspire us all. 🙏
